Terms and Conditions

Warranty: LPSource warrants these products to be free from defect in material and workmanship for a period of up to six (6) months from the original date of purchase. During this period, LPSource, will at its option, either replace a defective product or repair it at no charge. LPSource shall remain free from liability in such cases where product fails to perform or is used improperly.

Returns & Repairs: No merchandise will be accepted without prior written authorization and our return policy strictly adhered to. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge. Repairs must be accompanied by a Purchase Order for all repairs preformed. All returns and repairs must be shipped freight pre-paid.

Claims: Any claim for damaged or lost merchandise, regardless of cause, must be submitted within ten (10) days after receipt of package.
